1. Who Can Order

You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must give permission and take responsibility for your order.

2. Account & Security

You are responsible for your account and password. Do not use false information or share your login details. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. What You’re Buying

Most of our products are custom-made or produced in limited runs. Images on the site are for reference only and final products may vary slightly.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude shipping. Payment is required at checkout. If there’s a pricing error, we’ll contact you before processing.

5. Orders & Contract

Clicking ‘Pay Now’ confirms your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation. The contract is finalized once we send a shipping notification.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Crowdfunded and pre-order items have estimated delivery times, which are not guaranteed. We ship via third-party carriers.

7. No Returns or Refunds

Because our products are made-to-order or limited edition, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

By placing an order, you agree to waive your right to the standard 14-day EU withdrawal period. This is allowed under EU law for custom or made-to-order products. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

8. Crowdfunded Items

Backing a crowdfunded item is a commitment to purchase. Orders are only fulfilled if the campaign meets its funding goals within the given time frame.

9. Fraud & Misuse

We check orders for fraud. We may cancel orders or accounts if we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

10. Liability

We do our best to deliver accurate information and timely service, but we’re not responsible for delays or issues beyond our control, including production or shipping delays.

11. Content Ownership

All content on our site—text, images, designs—is owned by Lowland Props. Do not use, copy, or share our content without permission.

12. Legal & Disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled in Amsterdam, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.
