I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To reset your password, click here, then click “Lost your password?” below the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter the email address you used to create your account. Once submitted, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Following that, you will be able to log into your account with your new password.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR YOUR MAILING LIST?

To sign up for the latest information and promotions from Lowland Props enter your email at the footer of the homepage. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR MAILING LIST?

Simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Lowland Props email.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept:

  • Apple Pay (on iOS devices)

If you select PayPal as your form of payment, you will continue through the standard checkout process, then automatically proceed to PayPal.com to enter your PayPal payment details.

Please note that all prices are in EUR.

WHEN WILL YOU CHARGE ME FOR MY ORDER?

If you place an order for an in-stock your form of payment will be charged. If you place an order for a crowdfunded product or a pre-order, your form of payment will be authorized and collected once the project backing period has expired and the minimum number of backings is met.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT?

The price of the item will be the price indicated on the order pages when you place your order which includes VAT.

HOW DO I GET A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PAYMENT?

Your confirmation email provides you with your order number and sets out the price you paid splitting out any applicable taxes. You can also access this information on the Your Account section of the website.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail within four hours of placing an order, it may be due to the following:

  • Your email provider may be blocking our attempts to communicate with you.
  • You may have entered your email address incorrectly when setting up your account.

If you believe our communication may have been blocked, check your junk mail folder and/or turn off your spam filter to allow email from lowlandprops.com then contact us here at to request a new order confirmation be sent to you. Going forward you can prevent our emails from landing in your junk mail by adding info@lowlandprops.com to your address book.

If you have the incorrect email noted on your account, please contact us to have the email address updated and the order confirmation sent to the correct address.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a delivery notification via email. You can track your order through the confirmation email, or through logging into your account here.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS?

Unfortunately, we can not offer payment plans at this time. For all our products full payment and shipping costs are due upfront.

On each product description page, we describe the item, highlight its special features, show its availability, and offer delivery details. In some cases, we might suggest similar items or accessories you might like. If you have a specific question that isn’t answered with the information provided on the product page, please contact us here.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM I’M INTERESTED IS AVAILABLE?

The availability of each Lowland Props item is shown on its product description page. Most in stock items are dispatched within 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands) of when the order is placed.

The availability of any item we sell is subject to change.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU HAVE PLANNED FOR THE FUTURE?

We are always working on adding new products, so we suggest checking our website regularly. Please subscribe to your Newsletter to not miss any of our new releases.

We do like a bit of surprise though, so we don’t publish a list of upcoming items. If there is a product you would like to see, please send us your suggestion so we can see if we may be able to include it in our line-up.

CAN I USE A PRODUCT I PURCHASE ON LOWLAND PROPS FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES?

No, products and services sold through Lowland Props are only for domestic and private use by consumers and must not be used for commercial, business purposes such as promotional campaigns, marketing and PR.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

We generally ship out our products on Fridays, but if possible we will do so at our earliest convenience. Although no guarantees can be given, shipping to Europe wil take around a week and the rest of the world around 2 weeks. Please keep in mind we do not control shipping duration and neither do we have any influence on the import process in the destination country.

WHERE CAN I HAVE MY PURCHASE SENT TO?

We offer delivery to most destinations in the World and ship from the Netherlands, Europe. Some destinations may be excluded by our third party shipping company. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY PURCHASE?

That depends on the item you ordered and the shipping fee our third party shipping partner charges. Shipping costs are noted in your cart during the check-out process.

We will always strive to make shipping as cost-effective as possible and only ever charge you for the actual cost of shipping.

CAN I SEND PRODUCTS FROM ONE ORDER TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?

No, you will need to place separate orders.

IS IT CORRECT THAT I AM CHARGED IMPORT FEES AND DUTIES BY MY LOCAL MAIL CARRIER?

Most countries have set import fees and duties on products and services bought abroad by consumers unless there are specific trade agreements in place such as within the European Union.

Unfortunately this is out of our control as it is a normal process for purchasing products internationally.
